Changes in Pickup Cut-off Time during Year-end period by Sagawa Express


Please be informed that cut-off time of DHL’s pickup will be changed in accordance with the changes of Sagawa Express’ operation from December 1st, 2020 to January 4th, 2021.
If you have any inquiries, please kindly contact our sales representative or customer serviceExternal Link. We appreciate your kind understanding.
  •  Area : All area where Sagawa Express is in charge of pickup
  • Period: December 1st , 2020 to January 4th , 2021
  • Cut-off time for pick-up：　
Normal During the said period
Evening
(It differs depending on the area)		 The day before
(Please see detail as below)

There is no pickup service on Sunday, public holiday as well as year-end/ New year days(12/31-1/3)

・Order request by phone call　: Please call DHL Customer Service by 18:30 on the day before
・Order request by Electric shipping solution tools (MyDHL+, EmailShip）　
  • Please complete your pickup order by order cut-off time (Cut-off time varies depending on shipper’s address. Please select a date of pick-up.
  • As to the Cut-off time of order request by Electric shipping solution tools for Sagawa area, please check hereExternal Link.
  • With regard to the manual “How to request pick up by Sagawa express from Electric Shipping Solutions during the period”, please check hereExternal Link.
  • After the cut-off time, please make a call to DHL customer service
・Pickup request on Monday
  • If you request for Monday pickup by phone, please contact our customer service by 14:00 on Saturday.
  • If you book for Monday pickup by Electronic Shipping Solution, please complete your order by the cut-off time on Saturday. 
・Notes re Year-end/ New year days
  • If you request pickup on January 4th (Mon), please place an order by 14:00 on December 30th(Wed).
  • If you place a pickup order after 14:00 on December 30th (Wed), please select January 5th (Tue) as a pickup date.
  • If you send a pickup order after 14:00 on December 30th, we will change your order as pickup on January 5th (Tue).

This change will not be applied to the customers who Sagawa Express comes for pickup regularly.
Also, if you personally bring your shipments to Sagawa Express Service Center, the shipment can be dispatched on the same day. Click hereExternal Link for more details.
