Tracking Shipments

A speedy guide to the whereabouts and status of the shipments you have entrusted to DHL. Launch DHL On-line Tracking from the top page or this page and the results will be promptly displayed. Shipments can also be tracked via e-mail.

Wondering when your shipments will arrive?

DHL EXPRESS 9:00/DHL EXPRESS 12:00 with its prioritized operational structure will ensure deliveries are made by the promised time and will provide support throughout the entire process until notification of delivery completion.
Whether you are originally a DHL, Danzas or Euro Express customer, you can continue to track shipments in the same way that you always have done.

Track shipments using the box provided. Select number types from the drop down list. For Danzas and DHL Global Forwarding(DGF), track one number at a time. For DHL Air Waybill, Europack track up to 10 number - press 'Enter' or hit the 'Comma' to separate.

Access DHL Global Forwarding Tracking

Track all of your DHL Global Forwarding and/or Danzas shipments using your reference numbers (e.g. Purchase Order Number (PON) or Sales Order Number (SON)) or your DHL Global Forwarding/Danzas shipment package ID.

DHLTracking by Shipper's Reference

Access DHL Tracking by Shipper's Reference

DHL On-line Tracking allows you to track a shipment using the shipper's reference number that you selected to include on your air waybill.

Alternative Ways to Track

DHL eTrack

You can be notified of the status of your shipment via e-mail on your PC or mobile phone.
Enter the DHL Air Waybill number within the subject field or text of the e-mail and forward it to track@DHL.com. You will receive the status of your shipment via e-mail within minutes.
