Schedule a Courier Pickup

Prepared to send your shipment? DHL offers speedy service for customers to get their shipments sent smoothly and securely.
Bookings for pick-up orders are accepted:
  1. Online using the DHL Web Shipping or DHL Connect shipping tools.
  2. Book OnlineExternal Link / New Window - Account Holders (customers holding account number beginning with "58")
  3. Via phone with DHL Customer Service
  • For pickups in areas outside of DHL’s direct pick-up/delivery area, please note that special arrangements may be required for heavyweight shipments (1 package = 50kg or more). Please book these pick-ups via phone with DHL Customer Service rather than online.
  • The cut-off times for accepting pick-up orders varies depending on region, day of the week, etc. For details, please inquire with DHL Customer Service.

Rely on DHL for Pre-Holiday Urgent Shipments


Every Friday and the day prior to national holidays, DHL offers “Weekend Express,” a service that extends the cut-off time for booking shipments, in the central area of the Tokyo-Chiba and Osaka-Kobe areas. At no additional cost, take advantage of this service in times of urgency prior to weekends or national holidays

  • DHL Weekend Express is a service available for the DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE excluding DHL EXPRESS ENVELOP service for sending product samples, parts, printed matter and various other business parcels, and the “DHL DATA PROCESSING EXPRESS” service for sending CD-ROMs, MOs, negative and positive film, etc.
  • In principle, the shipments entrusted to DHL using this service will be subject to next-day loading.
