DHL Account for Frequent Shippers
Benefit from opening an account with DHL--preferential rates, monthly billing and extended access to DHL Express services.
You can take advantage of the following benefits by opening a DHL account. Apply now through DHL Customer Service or Sales staff.
- Account holders will have access to DHL Connect, a software enabling customers to manage the shipping process easily from their PC, and DHL Web Shipping, an online service to which customers will have immediate access.
- Account holders will be able to conduct various procedures and receive responses to inquiries more speedily.
- Account holders will have the privilege of favorable payment terms (deferred payment or direct debit options also available).
- Only corporate customers are eligible to open a DHL account. Customers that are non-juridical persons or organizations are asked kindly to inquire with DHL Customer Service via phone.
- Please inquire with Customer Service if you wish to send a shipment to an individual (non-corporate) customer. Please note that individual customers are requested to pay in cash or by credit card.
- Payments are to be made within 30 days of the date invoices are issued.
